Cookie Policy
1. General Provisions
This Cookie Policy (hereinafter — the Policy) has been developed by INTER MOBILI LLC (hereinafter — the Company), registered in the Russian Federation, (hereinafter — the Operator), in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ dated July 27, 2006 "On Personal Data" (hereinafter — FZ-152). The Policy defines the procedure for using cookies on the website https://internibysheyh.ru/ (hereinafter — the Site) and is an integral part of the Operator's Privacy Policy.
Cookies are small text files that the Site saves on the user's device (computer, smartphone) to ensure functionality, analyze traffic and personalize. The processing of cookies is carried out on the basis of the consent of the personal data subject (clause 1, part 1, article 6 of FZ-152), with the exception of strictly necessary cookies.
2. Types of cookies used
The Operator classifies cookies by categories in accordance with the recommendations of Roskomnadzor and Art. 9 of FZ-152:

3. Obtaining consent
Consent for the installation of non-strictly necessary cookies is requested upon the first visit to the Site through a pop-up window (CMP banner) with options: "Accept all", "Reject all", "Settings" (granular selection by categories). Consent must be specific, informed and conscious (Article 9 of FZ-152). Stored in the "consent" cookie for a period of 1 year. Simply closing the banner is not considered consent.
The user has the right to withdraw consent at any time via the "Cookie Management" link in the footer of the Site (Part 2, Article 9 of FZ-152).
4. Data transfer
Data from analytical cookies are transferred in anonymized form to processors: Yandex LLC (119021, Russia, Moscow, Lev Tolstoy St., 16). Localization of personal data is carried out in the Russian Federation in accordance with FZ-152.
5. Rights of the personal data subject
In accordance with Art. 14–16 of FZ-152, the user has the right:
- Request access to data (information about cookies);
- Withdraw consent;
- Demand deletion of data.
6. Changes to the Policy
The Operator has the right to make changes. Notification is published on the Site and through the banner. Continued use of the Site after changes confirms consent.
